(U) In response to reftel request, the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs advised us October 17 by Diplomatic Note that
Singapore will support the United States during the 34th
Session of the UNESCO General Conference in Paris this month
in its candidature for election to the Executive Board of
UNESCO for the term of 2007-2010.
