1. (SBU) On September 17, post delivered ref A letter inviting
Latvian Foreign Minister Pabriks to the September 26 transatlantic
dinner hosted by Secretary Rice on the margins of the UNGA in New
York City. On September 19, Dace Rutka, Head of the Americas and
Caribbean Countries Division at the MFA, confirmed that Minister
Pabriks will attend this event.
