1. This is an action request. Post requests the revision of
Bangkok Telegram 04114, DEA-NSB SURVEILLANCE TRAINING;
SESSION 3;SURAT THANI PROVINCE; SEPT 9-14 2007.

2. (U) Please remove Police SGT Niwat JITTRAPIROM (aka
CHITRAPIROM), DPOB: Feb 2, 1974; Prachuap Khirikhan, TH, from
the candidate list for the above mentioned course. It has
come to the attention of Post that the candidate has been
accused of being involved in and charged with murder. We
respectfully request the removal of the candidate's name from
the vetting procedure. The individual will not participate in
the current training and will no longer be considered a
viable candidate for training in the future.

3. Post thanks the Department for assistance in this matter.
