1. (SBU) Per reftel, on December 1 Poleconoff asked Sulev
Kannike, MFA Counselor for Terrorism and Soft Security
Issues, to provide information about any existing Estonian
national lists of banned terrorist entities. Kannike replied
that Estonia does not have, and does not plan to create, such
a list as it relies on EU information.
