TO VETTING PROCESS- 14 DEC 2005

1. (SBU) This is an action request. Per Leahy Amendment
human rights vetting requirements (reftel), please screen the
following Rwanda Defense Force (RDF) officer and report any
derogatory information to post. Major Gatete Karuranga,
Rwandan citizen, DOB 19650616, is scheduled to attend
training in the United States in January 2007 under the
auspices of the International Military Education and Training
