Ambassador delivered reftel points to Foreign Minister Koroma
December 28. Koroma said that Sierra Leone Ambassador to the
United States Sulaiman Tejan-Jalloh would likely be the best
person to attend. Ambassador told Koroma that Post would

Embassy of Sierra Leone in Washington.
