1. This is an action request. This cable requests the
Department of State to initiate a Departmental review of the
following Moroccan national:

Unit: Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Rabat
Purpose: To attend the NESA Executive Seminar in Washington,
DC from November 26 - December 16, 2006.
