On November 17, Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Mr. Charn
Jullamon, Director of the Peace, Security and Disarmament
Division at the International Organization Department of the
Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Mr. Charn indicated that
Thailand will consult with the other ASEAN members in New
York and vote along with the ASEAN majority.
