We delivered ref A points to Valery Mkrtumyan, head of the
MFA's International Organizations Department. Mkrtumyan
promised he would pass the instructions to Armenia's NAM
delegate. The GOAM is a non-voting observer of the NAM and
has sent an official from its United Nations mission to the
summit (ref B).
