(U) On September 7 Poloff delivered points (Ref A) to
Minna-Liina Lind, MFA Attache for International
Organizations and Cooperation, and inquired about
Estonia's participation in the NAM summit in Havana.
Lind said that it is unlikely that Estonia will send a
representative to the summit.
