On August 28, Post delivered Reftel points to the GoP's
Ministry of Foreign Relations Director of International
Organizations and Conferences, the Panamanian Maritime
Authority (AMP) General Secretary de la Lastra and Merchant
Marine Director Soloranzo. On August 26, EconOff discussed
the Reftel points with George Novey, AMP General Manager.
Novey said he concurred with the Reftel points and would
discuss the matter with Soloranzo. Post will report on any
substantive actions or responses by the GoP.
