1. (U) On September 6, 2006 post delivered Reftel A demarche
to Phasporn Sangasubana, Director of the Administrative
Affairs Division, International Organization Bureau, of the
Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ms. Phasporn acknowledged
receipt of the talking points, but informed Poloff that no
comments can be given at this time because the people in
charge of this issue are all currently in Cuba for the
Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) meeting. Post will follow up
after the meeting concludes on September 16, 2006.
