(SBU) Poloff spoke with the Duty Officer in First Deputy
Foreign Minister Andrey Denisov's office on August 12 and
passed to him reftel demarche. The officer promised to alert
DFM Denisov about the receipt of the demarche. Reftel
information was also passed to the MFA North America and
International Organization Departments.
