THIS IS AN ACTION CABLE. PLEASE SEE PARA. 1, AND 4.

1. Country clearance is requested for USAID/OFDA/ECARO
Regional Advisor, Alan Dwyer to travel to Kampala,
Uganda during the period o/a July 31, 2006 through o/a
August 12, 2006.

2. The purpose of travel is to visit OFDA projects in
Northern Uganda.

3. Travel details for Dwyer are as follows:

07/31/06 Nbo/Ent KQ 410 0730/0845
08/12/06 Ent/Nbo KQ 411 0905/1010

4. Mission in Kampala is requested to arrange for hotel
accommodation and airport pick up. Dwyer has a
diplomatic passport and secret clearance.

5. USAID/OFDA/ECARO Nairobi appreciates your assistance.
