Emboff delivered reftels to MFA International Organizations
Officer Paula Molina on June 14 and 19 respectively. On June
20, Molina responded that the GOP strongly agreed with the
United States on the importance of amending the statutes to
allow the "Red Crystal" name. She confirmed that the
Portuguese delegation would once again vote in favor of the
change at the Geneva meeting on June 20-21.
