The DCM delivered reftel demarche regarding the GOC's
position on signing a potential cargo open skies agreement
with the U.S. to Colombian Civil Aviation Authority Director
General Fernando Sanclemente. Sanclemente stated that he
had met with aviation industry leaders regarding this issue
and CAA will issue its official position next week.
