Statement of Core Principles to Doctor Tatiana Neira,
Director of International Relations in the Ministry of
Public Health. Dr. Neira has not yet provided feedback
regarding the GOE's commitment to join in the partnership.
We will follow up on Monday and attempt to obtain a
substantive response.
