1. PolOff delivered reftel demarche September 21 to Ministry
of Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Coordination and Follow
Up Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Mubarak Al Khalifa. Sheikh Abdul
Aziz said that MFA Undersecretary Yousif Mahmood and Director
of Bilateral Relations Dr. Dhafer Alumran will represent
Bahrain at the October 1-3 Democracy Assistance Dialogue
meeting in Rabat.
