Pol-Econ Counselor discussed reftel seminar with Deborah
Panckhurst, Deputy Director of the Disarmament Division in
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Panckhurst said
that unfortunately no GNZ official is available to attend the
seminar. Panckhurst stressed this does not mean that New
Zealand is not interested in the meeting or its outcomes.
GNZ officials would be very interested in seeing papers and
related materials from the seminar.
