(SBU) The Ambassador delivered reftel demarche to Foreign
Minister Carlos Morales Troncoso on April 18. Morales said
the Dominican Republic with vote with the United States
against the Cuban-proposed resolution on Guantanamo
detainees, should it come to a vote in CHR-61.
