1. Request permission to travel to Caracas, Venezuela, on
holidays from Wednesday, March 23, through Saturday, March
26, 2005. Itinerary follows:

Wed, Mar 23, depart Quito at 1010 via Santa Barbara

Wed, Mar 23, arrive Caracas at 1400

Sat, Mar 26, depart Caracas at 1630 via Santa Barbara S31322
Sat, Mar 26, arrive Quito at 1825

2. Please contact DCM Arnold A. Chacon at Amembassy Quito,
if Ambassador Kenney needs to be reached.

3. DCM Arnold A. Chacon will be in charge of the Mission
during the Ambassador's absence.
