Poloff passed ref letter and agenda to MFA Latin America
Chief Gertie Mulder on September 17. Mulder said the MFA was
aware of the meeting and advised that Marion Kappeyne van de
Coppello, Head of the Western Hemisphere Division, would
attend. Political Director Hugo Sieblitz, U/S Grossman's
counterpart, would not be free to attend because of his full
New York schedule. The Dutch are comfortable with the agenda
and expect that OAS involvement will fall under item two, the
"peace process.
