SUBJECT: COUNTRY CLEARANCE REQUEST FOR TDY: FS-01 LAURA
LOCHMAN

1. Laura Lochman, FS-01, 170-54-6808, requests country
clearance to travel to Moscow for a TDY assignment as a
Russian language student. Ms. Lochman is scheduled to arrive
Moscow at 13:00, August 29, 2004, on Aeroflot 318 from
Washington Dulles. Her TDY will last until completion of her
Russian course on June 30, 2005.

2. Ms. Lochman has a Top Secret security clearance.

3. Please respond to Ms. Lochman at Embassy Madrid prior to
her June 11 departure from post.
