MFA NATO Head of Department Atilla Gunay told PolMilOff
November 12 that the Turkish Parliament had completed the
ratification of the bills for the seven new NATO members
November 5 and the bills had been published in the Official
Gazette November 8. He expected the GOT would deposit the
instruments of ratification within the next two weeks.
