In response to Reftel, Mission is prepared to amend the
existing Colombo Plan Agreement to accept funding (USD
420,000) for the following projects:

A. Global Conference on Drug Abuse Prevention - USD

B. Second Asian Youth network program - USD 80,000

C. Training of Trainers' Workshops on Enhancing Life
Skills in Drug Demand Reduction - USD 50,000

D. Managing Treatment and Rehabiliation Programs - USD
50,000

E. Twentieth IFNGO Conference - USD 75,000

F. Development of Handbook for Asian Ex-Addict and
Family Support Groups Training - USD 55,000

G. Demand Reduction Programs for South Asia - USD -
22,000

H. Small Scale/Cost Sharing Projects on Demand Reduction
- USD 18,000
