Five slots remaining for Possum Tarmac Sprint
Plans are well underway for the 10th anniversary Possum Bourne Memorial Rally sponsored by Vantage Aluminium Joinery,
which will run on September 7.
This will be a very special event with it being 10 years since Possum was tragically taken from us.
The full event will be a dual surface rally, being 100kms in the Maramarua Forest and then 5 stages of Tarmac
incorporating Hampton Downs , Ardmore Quarry road and Pukekohe Park Raceway.
Added to the event will be a Tarmac only section (to be known as the Possum Tarmac Sprint) which will start around
midday on Saturday. This will comprise two special stages at Hampton Downs, two runs through Ardmore Quarry road and two
stages in and around Pukekohe Park Raceway.
We have called for expressions of interest (go to www.pbmrally.co.nz) and we are limiting the field to 25 cars.
We have 5 slots left. Tyres are free.
Entry fee is $350 Dollars which includes to Meal Tickets to after match function at Pukekohe Park after the finish.
There will be a good prize package and will be a fun event to celebrate the life of Possum.
