Nokia Takes Smartphone Cameras to Whole New Level
41-Megapixel Nokia Lumia 1020 launches exclusively on Telecom’s mobile network
Rich and professional quality images can now be captured on a smartphone thanks to the launch of the 41-megapixel Nokia Lumia 1020, available on the Telecom Smartphone Network today.
Exclusive to Telecom, the Nokia Lumia 1020 boasts a 41-megapixel camera sensor, optical image stabilisation and a high-resolution zoom that allows its user to capture images rich in detail and sharp in clarity.
Users of the Windows 8 smartphone can easily upload and share photos on social media thanks to dual capture, a built in camera feature. This feature takes two images simultaneously, one at a high resolution of 38-megapixels and one at 5-megapixels, the latter being ideal for upload to social media sites.
The Nokia Lumia 1020 is 4G ready and will be available to Telecom customers in colours black, white and yellow on a range of Telecom mobile plans.
Customers can purchase the Nokia Lumia 1020 by going to www.telecom.co.nz or by visiting their nearest Telecom store.
