Australasia’s Top Free iPhone App Now Available in NZ
Australasia’s number one free iPhone application has launched in New Zealand after widespread success across the Tasman.
The Domino’s Pizza App, available for iPhone and iPod touch, was downloaded more than 50,000 times in one week after launching in Australia and is now available to Kiwis.
It’s thought more than 200,000 Kiwis have snapped up iPhones since their launch here in 2008.
With more than a million pizza combinations, the new Domino’s Pizza App gives customers complete control of the ordering process and offers all the benefits of a Domino’s store in the palm of their hand.
The General Manager for Domino’s New Zealand, Josh Kilimnik, says the new app is an exciting step forward for the company and reflects its focus on innovation and technology.
“We know our customers lead busy lives, that’s why we want to stay at the forefront of new innovation and continue to give them the freedom to place a Domino’s order when and how it suits them,” says Kilimnik.
“You can flip your iPhone or iPod touch to view our menu in landscape, place a pick up or delivery order, access hot offers, pay by cash or credit and even track your order to see when it’s ready,” he says.
Frequent Domino’s customers are also able to create an account and save their favourite orders for next time to make the ordering process even faster.
The Domino’s Pizza App is available for free from the App Store on iPhone and iPod touch or at www.itunes.com/appstore/.
