Symantec Endpoint Security Residency Services augment existing staff resources with highly qualified Symantec resident consultants who provide strategic direction, manage global migrations and deployments, develop comprehensive incident handling processes based on best practices and offer enhanced reporting customised to the client’s business.

Symantec Managed Endpoint Security Services enable enterprises to outsource key endpoint security functions to Symantec experts under strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). These scalable, platform-independent service offerings utilise industry-leading technologies, proven methodologies and best practices to optimise resource utilisation and reduce exposure to IT risk. These services may be delivered via a combination of onsite activities, on-call assistance and 24x7 remote monitoring, and range from day-to-day operations and support to incident handling and reporting.

Technical training from Symantec Education Services helps companies migrate, implement and manage Symantec Endpoint Protection and Symantec Network Access Control.
