The IQ Confidential email solution solves unauthorised information leakage problems as fear grows over the confidential nature of standard emails, where they are stored, who can gain access to them and the legal and commercial implications should an email get into the wrong hands. The IQ Confidential solution ensures that email is confidential, cannot be lost, can not be captured or forged, additionally both sender and recipient can be positively identified and that a full audit trail of the message delivery is recorded.

Aimed at executives who frequently communicate confidential information including: M&A documents, legal contracts, financial statements, management reports, the IQ Confidential solution is easy to install, requires no integration with existing email packages and has been developed to comply with British Standard Industry (BSI) guidelines for electronic communications.

IQ Confidential combines encryption, message tracking, proof of delivery/non repudiation, tamper-proofing, alerting, and audit trail functionality ensuring that all information exchanged is 'legally admissible' in a court of law.
