Woosh launches a 24-hour promise
Woosh Wireless is adding speedy delivery to the advantages of its high-speed wireless broadband service.
The company today launched a new 24-hour delivery promise for new customers aimed at allowing them to have their new broadband service up and running as quickly as possible.
General Manager Sales and Marketing, Sandra Geange, says that new customers who sign up using a credit card will have their Woosh connection kit and modem in their hands within 24 hours.
“One of the key factors in our service is that it is self-installing, so people don’t have to book in and wait for a technician to arrive before they can start enjoying the benefits of broadband.
“For the balance of this month we are telling people that once they order their connection kit from us they will have it in their hands within 24 hours. If we don’t deliver on that deadline, then they will have the modem free of charge.”
She says the “24 to the door” promotion is designed to reinforce that getting Woosh is a straight forward and easy exercise for those who are in the company’s coverage area.
“We’re committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service and virtually all of our new credit card customers have been enjoying a 24-hour delivery of their connection kits.
“This promotion is one way of demonstrating that, while also ensuring that we keep hitting the mark we have set for ourselves.”
Earlier this month Woosh launched in central Christchurch, a move that followed its launch in Central Wellington and its continued roll-out across the Auckland region, where the company now has in excess of 80 sites operating. Woosh is also operating in Invercargill and Southland.
