PeopleSoft’s Newest Recruits Add
Strength To JAPAC
PeopleSoft has strengthened its
Japanese and Asia Pacific (JAPAC) team with the appointment
of Cameron Brown as Director of Education and Christine
Yokoi as Human Capital Management (HCM) Product Strategy
Analyst.
Based in Brisbane, Brown will be responsible for developing and managing PeopleSoft’s education services across the region.
Commenting on his appointment, Brown said: “I was attracted to PeopleSoft as an organisation focussed on one goal – delivering customer satisfaction. The actions of its people are all about making customers successful and one of the ways to do this is through intelligent education programs.
“In today’s environment, it is important that all implementations are Best Practice and one of the best ways to ensure this is through quality education. I will be looking for innovative ways to deliver PeopleSoft’s educational resources to make it increasingly more meaningful for our customers.”
Brown brings a wealth of experience to PeopleSoft. Brown was previously Director of Siebel University: Asia Pacific and Japan where he was responsible for the growth and expansion of education services and its technical training business.
PeopleSoft’s education service provides training to project teams and end users of PeopleSoft products.
Leading the way in Human

Yokoi will be responsible for product planning for the
Japanese market of HCM solutions.
As the world leader in HCM, PeopleSoft continues to strengthen its product offering to the region.
Having worked with PeopleSoft since 1997, Yokoi has intimate knowledge of the HCM sector and was integral to the development of PeopleSoft’s Japan Human Resources 8.8 solution.
“This year is an exciting year for Human Resources with many companies just beginning to understand the potential of deploying a sophisticated Human Capital Management solution – managing the people costs of the business as an investment, not just an expense,” said Yokoi.
