Press conference on GM maize matters

Please note that the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF) and the Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA) plan to host a press conference to report findings relating to the suspected growth of GM maize crops harvested earlier this year at Gisborne and Pukekohe.

Date: Thursday 3 October 2002

Time: 1:00pm

Venue: MAF’s Cameron Room, 101-103 The Terrace, Wellington

The conference will involve officials from MAF and ERMA, together with representatives from Pacific Seeds of Australia.
