Dithering English Denounced

PRESS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Treasurer Bill English claims that this government has demonstrated economic leadership on tax issues, producer board reform and ACC reform. " Unbelievable garbage" responds Libertarianz Finance Deregulation Spokesman Julian Darby today.
"On all these issues," says Darby, "English's National Socialist government has been dithering when it should have slashing."
What could a party do to show leadership in the current environment? "It would get the hell out of the way," says Darby. "It would allow producers to keep more of their own money by slashing the amount of loot that the government takes via taxation. It would free primary producers such as apple and pear growers to export their goods where and how they wish, by totally deregulating the monopolistic producer boards. And it would allow businesses to decide themselves how best to insure against workplace accidents, by totally deregulating the accident insurance market."
Mr Darby points out that "Libertarianz are the only party whose policies will leave you free to take control of your own life, in contrast to the nanny-statists of other parties who claim to know what is best for you. Only a very sad person would be seeking leadership from the current crop of otherwise unemployable political time-servers."
