Delamere Heartless

PRESS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
'Delamere Heartless'
Tuariki Delamere's deportation of Kesia and Malama Soapi - leaving behind Malama's three-month-old baby which she was still breastfeeding - would be quite unbelievable if he hadn't earlier betrayed his utter lack of common humanity by his unconscionable bullying of the Schier family.
"I know Mrs Soapi outstayed her visitor's permit," says Deborah Coddington, Libertarianz Deputy Leader, "but that's no worse than omitting to state a drug conviction on an unintelligible entry form as Gunther Schier did. No one in this family was on welfare before Delamere deported the mother, who was the family's provider. It's a disgrace that an entity like Delamere has the power to treat people like the Schiers, and now the Soapis, so heartlessly and cruelly."
"Is Delamere still so beholden to Winston's bankrupt campaign tactics that he needs to patronisingly smear hardworking immigrants as 'economic refugees '?," exclaims Coddington. "Does he enjoy pushing people around so much he can't understand that productive individuals like the Schiers, and Mrs Soapi, are an asset to a free country"
"Delamere's assertion that allowing Malama Soapi to stay would open the floodgates for every other 'economic refugee' is nonsense. We have more New Zealanders leaving this country, than other individuals wishing to settle here, and with politicians like Delamere I can see why." Libertarianz would allow open immigration for peaceful individuals prepared to renounce any claim on the welfare state.
