Tomorrow In Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, Starting At Aotea Square, Thousands Of People Will March Down Queen Street In The March For Nature, A Protest Against The Government’s Fast-track Bill And General ‘war On Nature’.Photo supplied
Spokespeople From Organising Groups Will Be Located At The Stage Area Between Aotea Square And Queen Street From Midday. If You Want Interviews, This Would Be An Opportunity To Speak To Them Before Things Get Busy (and Noisy).
There Will Be An Area With Space Reserved For Media At The Stage Area Between Queen Street And Aotea Square.
Speeches Will Commence At 1pm And Run For Approximately 15 Minutes.
The March Will Proceed From Aotea Square Down Queen Street At Approximately 1:30pm And, Depending On The Number Of Participants, Will Either End Near Britomart Or On Customs Street.
