Today’s announcement that the Government will not be supporting a Capital Gains tax is "hugely disappointing" says CTU

in building the country we want New Zealand to be."
"If this Government wants to be taken seriously on making lives better, then they need to make decisions which stop
favouring businesses and property owners over working New Zealanders. This is a clear choice which the government has
now failed on. We had hoped for better," CTU President Richard Wagstaff said.
