Third walk-out by E tū Sistema members

Published: Mon 26 Nov 2018 02:11 PM
E tū members at Sistema have walked off the job for the third time, effective from 7am.
Workers earlier took strike action last Tuesday night, and again on Thursday in support of better pay and conditions.
Sistema workers earn just above the minimum wage and most are required to work 60 hours a week. There is no overtime pay.
Members are picketing outside the plant this morning and are available for media to speak to.
