Auditor-General's Annual report 2017/18 published

The Auditor-General’s Annual report 2017/18 was presented to the House of Representatives today.
In this report we describe the Office’s work in 2017/18, and give an update on progress against our strategic intentions and the public sector outcomes we seek to influence. We also discuss the external challenges we face, the demands these place on us, and how we are responding so that we continue playing a critical role in supporting New Zealanders’ trust and confidence in the public sector.
The report also provides the Office’s financial statements for 2017/18, describes the services the Office was funded to deliver in 2017/18, and how well the Office delivered those services.
