Facilitation talks completed this morning

The NZNO negotiating team has attended Facilitation with DHB representatives as directed by the Employment Relations Authority.
Facilitation through the Employment Relations Authority concluded this morning.
Cee Payne, Industrial Services Manager says,
“The NZNO negotiating team has advised the DHB's representatives that we remain available for further talks, to resolve the negotiation impasse and to achieve an offer that is acceptable to our members.”
Cee Payne confirms that industrial action will go ahead this Thursday 12 July with a nationwide 24 hour strike starting at 0700 and finishing 0700 Friday 13 July.
“Life preserving services and contingency plans will be in place across the twenty district health boards. Patient safety and public safety is paramount,” Cee Payne said.
