Free Spark WiFi throughout New Zealand

With a state of emergency declared in Christchurch and the Buller District, and bad weather setting in across New Zealand, Spark has opened up its nationwide WiFi network.

There are more than 730 Spark WiFi zones throughout New Zealand, that are now free for existing Spark customers as well as non-customers. The free WiFi will help those displaced and being evacuated to stay in touch with friends and family.

Anyone within range of a Spark WiFi hotspot can simply search for the Spark network (named "Spark wi-fi zone") and click to join the network, with no password required.
