Game On in Epsom!!
The Conservative Party Leader, Leighton Baker, is challenging for the candidate vote in Epsom.
“Our vision for New Zealand is a nation where people are valued and honoured, not terminated, and where democracy is
upheld and not manipulated, and where we invest in our people, our skills and our creativity, for the benefit of all.
“The people of Epsom have shown in the past that they are willing to choose strategically in the best interests of the
nation. We offer them an alternate choice to the only real option they have had in the past, a choice for Family, for
Justice and for Democracy,” he says. “77% of submitters on euthanasia are against it and we support them.”
Leighton did his secondary school education at Saint Kentigern College, got married at the Chapel there, and now has 4
children and 4 grandchildren. He has been in business for 27 years.
“Our aim in standing in Epsom is to provide representation that will bring leadership with experience in business, youth
empowerment, a family focus, and clear values of democracy into government through the Conservative Party. We will
provide a conservative voice for the people of Epsom,” says Mr Baker
