MEA selected for All-of-Government Web Services Panel

MEA announced today that it has been selected as an approved supplier on the new All-of-Government Web Services Panel.

As an established All-of-Government supplier in design services, MEA is privileged to be on both the All-of-Government Web Services Panel (WSP) and the All-of-Government Design Services Panel (AOG).

The WSP is an all-of-government approved panel that can be engaged easily and quickly without primary procurement processes, allowing Government Agencies to save time and money.

During our tenure on the design services panel MEA has seen a huge shift towards mobile-first design. MEA co-founder and Director Rodney MacFarlane has witnessed this growth firsthand, explaining, “When we first started building apps in 2007, there wasn't even an app store. Now, ten years down the track mobile is everywhere. We’ve released more than 300 apps and websites, and demand for mobile development shows no sign of slowing.”

MEA has been selected for seven service categories including Native App Development, Back-end Development, Front-end Development, Visual Design, Content Design, Information Architecture and User Insight.

The announcement follows a string of recent successes for MEA including recognition as The Warehouse Group’s most innovative supplier and winners of the 2016 Westpac Waikato Business Awards, Global Operator award.

MEA has offices in Wellington, Auckland, Hamilton and New Haven, Connecticut and has released more than 300 apps and websites including projects for Samsung, Levis, Intel, Youthline, Walgreens, Kodak, AUT and Fieldays.
