Peter Wakeman is concerned at the lack of laws and leadership concerning Retirement Villages with government's hands off approach.
Since 10 years have passed on currents laws Wakeman thinks it is time to look at the industry. For example what happens in the event of a fire how long could it take to get everyone out?
While most appear happy, his concern is profit before needs.
Wakeman thinks the Mt Albert by-election 25/2/17, turn out will be in somewhere in the early 20%'s
