WAITANGI TRIBUNAL RELEASES DRAFT CHAPTER ON CLAIMS CONCERNING THE PROPOSED REFORM OF TE TURE WHENUA MĀORI ACT 1993
The Tribunal today [5/2/16] released a draft chapter from a report currently being prepared into claims concerning proposed reforms to Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993. This follows an announcement last week that the Crown would embark on a series of informational hui about those reforms from next Tuesday, 9 February. The draft chapter has been released for the assistance of parties.
