1700 groups benefit from Community Post
New Zealand Post is supporting 1700 not-for-profit groups through Community Post this year.
More than a million postage-included envelopes will be given to the national and regional groups to support their work in the community.
“We are pleased to be able to contribute to the health and wellbeing of our communities by supporting these groups and the important and specialised work they do,” says New Zealand Post sponsorship spokesperson Jo Avenell.
Five national organisations will also receive direct marketing assistance from New Zealand Post. The five groups are the Cochlear Implant Foundation of New Zealand, Live More Awesome, Look Good Feel Better, the StarJam Charitable Trust and the Malaghan Institute of Medical Research.
“We chose these five groups because they have a clear idea about how they’ll use the direct marketing services to spread the word about what they do and find new donors to provide financial support,” says Jo Avenell. “The New Zealand Post team of direct marketing experts can help them achieve these goals.”
