''I Don't Support Changing the Flag'' - Adam Holland

From the Independent Northland Candidate: Adam Holland
John Key has recently proposed to change the New Zealand flag. I oppose his decision and when elected as your Northland MP, I will vote against carrying out such an outrageous act. It'll waste millions of our tax payers money to change the national flag of New Zealand. We fought two world wars under our current flag and to change it will simply be an insult to our great nation of New Zealand.
I also want to point out that John Key creates an illusion of a 'Building a Brighter Future' by simply borrowing tens of billions of dollars from overseas in order to make New Zealand appear a more prosperous country. We're not becoming a more prosperous country, he's simply loading up the country's credit card and throwing money all over the place. Bankruptcy on a grand scale is the end result, not prosperity as he often boasts.
A vote for National party candidate Michael Osborne is a vote to unnecessarily change our national flag.
