FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Pulzar Nation Officially Separates from New Zealand
As per international law, as dictated in the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States, Pulzar Nation has
separated from New Zealand and will no longer recognise NZ law. Pulzar Nation accepts that the current regime may not be
willing to accept their separation, however this is irrelevant as Article 3 of the Montevideo Convention states; The political existence of the state is independent of recognition by the other states. Even before recognition the
state has the right to defend its integrity and independence, to provide for its conservation and prosperity, and
consequently to organize itself as it sees fit, to legislate upon its interests, administer its services, and to define
the jurisdiction and competence of its courts.
There are certain criteria which a state must meet, Pulzar Nation has met each and every one of these guidelines as
outlined in Article 1 of the Montevideo Convention; The state as a person of international law should possess the following qualifications: a ) a permanent population; b )
a defined territory; c ) government; and d) capacity to enter into relations with the other states.
a) Pulzar Nation has a permanent population of one, however there is expected to be over a 100% increase in population
over the next 12 months.
b) The territory of Pulzar Nation is clearly defined as an area of approximately 20m squared at Latitude -43.539441,
Longitude 172.633853, Altitude 26 - 36 feet.
c) The worlds newest micronation is a democratic dictatorship currently led by Scott Campbell who was voted in on the
8th of September 2014 with 100% of the vote.
d) This press release, as well as going to media outlets, will be sent to other states, beginning what will hopefully
mutually beneficial relationships.
Pulzar Nation has a strong belief that strong leadership is usually corrupt and thus it is traditional in the
micronation to instate useless leaders, free of corruption. There is a great hope within the emerging world power that
they can lead the world in politics free of corruption and leadership skills.
His Supreme Highness, Scott Campbell
