Polls confirm dirty politics are out and the Conservatives are in
The latest 3News-Reid Research poll has the Conservative Party on 4.6 per cent which means they are virtually on their way to Parliament.
Garth McVicar, the Conservative Party candidate for the Napier electorate believes the polls are proof that the public is sick of the dirty politics saga.
“Everywhere we go people are telling us they are over ‘dirty politics’ and this poll confirms the voting public want honesty and integrity in Parliament.”
“But more importantly the poll guarantees that a vote for the Conservative Party will not be wasted.”
Our motto in Napier is ‘Your reason to Vote’ and it appears the public around New Zealand are picking up on that catch-cry.”
“As I said at the launch of my candidacy this election suddenly got more interesting.”
