The Dirty Politics Fallout
Tonight’s 3News-Reid Research poll shows that the Conservative Party is on the verge of making it into the next
Parliament, even without an electorate deal with National.
The poll, conducted in the week following the release of Nicky Hager’s Dirty Politics book, has the Conservatives on 4.6
per cent, tantalisingly close to the five per cent MMP threshold.
The poll has also asked for the public’s reaction on whether John Key should stand Judith Collins as a minister.

does it have the Conservatives nearly at five per cent – there are also significant results for some of the other
parties.”

views on what John Key should do about Judith Collins. He hasn’t acted against her – we will give the public’s view on
that.”
